Quite a few farmers, such as myself, use wood gasification boilers, which are becoming more popular to provide heat and water for those with large dairy farms. The Minister referred to felling trees of 15 cubic metres. We are all assuming that firewood is cut to be sold, but farmers use large amounts of timber. I do not see that reflected in the Bill.

This might not be the place to raise my concern, but whereas we appreciate the value of our timber, wood gasification boilers use a great deal of timber which could be used more productively. I would like the Minister to consider that point.
