At all times since we started to discuss this, I have tried to bring forward a reasonable solution. One of the main points that was made was the length of time it was taking. I gave it a great deal of consideration with officials and worked with the Office of the Parliamentary Counsel. We came to a conclusion on what was the best approach. We wanted it to be as tight as possible. However, if it helps and represents a better solution, we can bring it in on Report Stage.
