Can we discuss the section? As with the previous amendment which was just defeated, I ask the Minister of State to consider this issue again on Report Stage, because what is there in print contains plenty of lines but is a toothless tiger. I ask him to consider coming back with something that gives a firm timeline and without numerous get-out-of-jail clauses.
