We have a quorum so we are in public session. I have received apologies from Deputies Pringle and Ferris. Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett has been nominated as a substitute for Deputy Pringle, but I have not yet had any contact with Deputy Ferris. Deputy Heydon has nominated Deputy McEntee to substitute for him at 11.30 a.m. if we are still in session. Deputy Deering is running a little late, but we have a quorum. I remind committee members and people in the public Gallery to turn off their mobile phones.

We are resuming with our deliberations on the Forestry Bill 2013. I wish to advise committee members that there is a typographical error in amendment No. 72, which should be addressed to page 16 of the Bill, rather than page 15. I welcome the Minister of State and his officials. We will resume where we finished on section 13. A grouping list of amendments has been circulated for the information of committee members.
