I mentioned during those remarks that we are doing a detailed analysis and validation, which we expect to complete by the end of March and which will enable us to form a view. I also said in response to a question asked by Deputy Harris that we are not in a section 38-type process here. We are using this information to inform our overall view of the value we get and the opportunities for increased value in this sector as a whole. I am not really going to be in a position to judge whether entities are in compliance with a policy that does not apply to them, and it is not necessary to do so.
