I will move on, the discussion on the felling licence is more appropriate to another section which deals with it. The inference of the Deputy's argument is that a Minister would restrict felling licences on the basis of trying to fix prices. I call on the Minister of State to respond to Deputy Ó Cuív's proposed change to his amendment.
