We have only taken this over and we are literally trying to find where the money is. Some was with social inclusion and some was with the HSE. It was all over the place. We are now drawing it together. We have told our regional directors that we will take cuts and allocations where they decide. Ms Joan Mullen's job for this year will be to work with her colleagues in the sector on a plan for next year, so that it is a strategy rather than a random shot at where we deliver services.
