Cosc is the interdepartmental group that developed the national strategy across Departments that covers domestic, sexual and gender-based violence. Cosc is the strategy-making body and my agency has responsibility for the delivery of the services. The key principles are decided by Cosc and we are then charged with implementing them. We are the operational arm of the services.
