No. 5 is a discussion with the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Deputy Brendan Howlin, on the second progress report on the public service reform plan 2014 to 2016. I welcome the Minister and his officials. The format will be that the Minister will make his opening remarks, following which members may put questions to him.
