I move amendment No. 4:

In page 5, between lines 5 and 6, to insert the following:"(4) Funding for the activities carried out by local authorities on behalf of Enterprise Ireland under the terms of this legislation shall be identified as a separate item in the annual estimates and shall not be included in the overall Enterprise Ireland vote.".
