I echo the Deputy's comments on CouncillorConstance Hanniffy. I believe she has spent 40 years working in local government and is approaching two decades working with the Committee of the Regions. We wish her very well in her retirement. I am sure her colleagues are jealous that she will not be knocking on doors and going around the country, especially in this type of weather.
