With respect, I am talking about the attrition rate in the context of tickets being cancelled for all the right reasons. I am not, at any point in the conversation, subscribing to the view that individuals within An Garda Síochána, officers or otherwise, are entitled to cancel tickets for their friends or VIPs or anybody else.
