Those type of allegations were made in Assistant Commissioner O’Mahoney’s investigation and it is clear that was not the case. We did have the same name but it did not happen to be the same person. Deputy Ross is correct that he has an advantage over me. I would have liked the opportunity to have seen the material so that we could have examined it and perhaps then I would be able to answer the Deputy in a more direct way.
