We have done a lot of work and a considerable amount of work is ongoing as we speak. That said, if we were in a position to move tomorrow morning because of particular circumstances, we would do so. I am certainly not putting a time limit on it. It is a very serious matter but I assure the Deputy, the committee and everybody else that we are as committed today as we were on 25 January 2013.
