The final sentence of the second paragraph on page 2 reads: "It also reduces the necessity to bribe public officials". I would like to replace the word "necessity" with "opportunity". The first paragraph on page 7 refers to the recovery of 9 million contraband cigarettes, but the actual figure was 10 million.
