I am interested in this AGM because this was an issue I brought up with Mr. Nugent who described the board of the CRC as self-electing, a concept I would not mind living by but one with which I am not familiar. Was Mr. Conlan an ex officiomember of the board by virtue of being chief executive officer or did he have to be elected?
