Moneys were used that were charitable or supportive donations for the work of the CRC. A proportion of those moneys was used for top-ups for salaries for a number of senior people in the organisation. In case Mr. Conlan is under any illusion, the public regards that as being wrong. Clients and service users of the CRC regard that as being wrong. I would have thought that after everything we have been through in these committee meetings and the public debate surrounding it, Mr. Conlan would have landed on the position that it also was a wrong thing to do.
