Senator van Turnhout asked about the protocol on the new agency. A new protocol either just has been or is about to be signed between the director general and the chief executive of the new agency referring to how it will interact with mental health but also the other divisions in the HSE.

In terms of CAMHS and children going into care, stepping back and saying one can now go private is not something which would ring true to me. It is something I have not heard.
