Not my quote again. What summed up many of the points that Deputy Byrne highlighted was reading about the review of foreign policy in The Irish Times. That is where I also read it. There should be a mechanism to let the committee know before it goes out to the newspapers but that is not what is done in practice. When the new foreign policy document is published, that might change.
