I thank the Deputy. I do not think it was unacceptable and I will give the context for it. We had legal opinion many years ago to suggest that nothing untoward was taking place. That was before the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest legislation. We then got further legal opinion as to whether in the next context we were legal in every respect. Our legal opinion said we had nothing to answer for because what was happening was that public moneys were not being used in any respect.
