The situation as it stands is that the sub-committees are dealt with by the Bord Gáis board sub-committees. The long-term situation with the two boards is being examined with regard to the future of Bord Gáis given the sale of Bord Gáis Energy. No sub-committees have as yet been established in Irish Water but we must report to the sub-committees established in Bord Gáis.
