In respect of utilities that have been up and running for a considerable period of item, we would typically review costs on a five-year programme. We would do a five-year look ahead as well as a five-year look-back in terms of the costs that have been incurred, the efficiencies gained, the costs we expect will be incurred and efficiencies we wish to see put in place over the coming five-year period. In respect of the ESB and Bord Gáis, we would have carried out three or four of these price reviews.
