I move amendment No. 151:

In page 64, before section 71, but in Part 6, to insert the following new section:"71.—(1) Section 69(1)shall not apply in respect of a legal practitioner who is in the full time service of the State.
(2) No fee shall be payable by a legal practitioner to whom subsection (1) applies to the Law Society or Bar Council in respect of an amount of levy payable by that professional body under this Part.".
