I move amendment No. 114:

In page 51, before section 52, but in Chapter 1, to insert the following new section:53.—An agreement by a legal practitioner who is the subject of a complaint to attempt to resolve the complaint in the manner referred to in section 51*shall not be taken as an admission of any allegation of misconduct insofar as such misconduct consists of an act or omission on the part of the legal practitioner that in the provision of legal services the legal practitioner has fallen short to a substantial degree of the standards reasonably expected of a legal practitioner.".
