I remind Members and the Minister that acceptance of amendment No. 64 involves the deletion of section 20 and if the amendment is agreed to, amendment No. 65 cannot be moved. I also remind Members that it is perfectly in order for any issue raised on Committee Stage, whether by way of an amendment or through discussion, to be raised on Report Stage.
