Mr. Brendan McDonagh:

The legal reality is that the purchaser of an asset, if he or she is not connected with the underlying debtor, can sell it to whoever he or she wants to afterwards. We cannot control this, as we are out of the process. The reality of life is that he or she can sell it on the market and we would have no legal basis on which to pursue it.
