The committee will obviously consider Mr. Maloney's request and we thank him for appearing before us. At a macro level it has cost the State €52 million. We may differ, but generally, from the evidence we have received, I feel there was lack of cohesion in decision making, independent property evaluation and proper due diligence. Clearly, it was rushed. However, the committee will continue to discuss the matter. We will consider the DDDA's 2012 accounts on 6 February 2014. I again thank Mr. Maloney for appearing before the committee.
