There was a normal board meeting on 2 November. The telephone conference on the 24th was exceptional in terms of finalising the bid. In the November meeting, the board approved and amended the minutes from the three October board meetings. The IGB site was discussed in that meeting according to paragraph 6.1 of the minutes. A paper was circulated on 1 November but then it emerged that Derek Quinlan had become involved in the venture. Can Mr. Maloney tell me about that?
