Between 20 and 24 October I had seen the letter was wrong and I immediately asked the official why that figure had been put in because I had not see the letter and did not sign it, nor would I have. Second, I was not going to pick up the phone and ring Mary Moylan in some sort of backyard approach. I believed Ms Moylan and the whole board had to be formally and legally informed that this mistake was made.
