If I may respond to that, it is important to note that we corrected the figure before the official sought ministerial sanction. Having seen, between the 17th and the 20th, that the wrong figure was being used, we corrected it. The Comptroller and Auditor General stated in his report - I am not casting aspersions - that we did not formally correct that with the Department.

I have investigated every document here and spent time doing so. I have found that on paragraph 8.3 of the minutes of the board of 24 October, in advance of sanction, we corrected that figure. Both of us are right-----
