No, it just was not practical or possible to do. First, the authority had 20 years of doing joint ventures. The entire Bord Gáis site was developed that way. Second, in order to parallel these while not committing the authority to a single commitment, which was very important, we were able to get the procurement advice. It was our desire and final achievement to have that procurement advice before we committed the board of the authority to any decision.
