We want the facts and figures relative to each organisation so that we can determine the extent of the problem, the extent of the payments, what is going on and the HSE's response to it. I am concerned that the HSE has referred to withholding or withdrawing money or whatever the process will be but we must be concerned about the service users in this instance. The fact that there is poor governance should not negatively impact on them and we have to protect them. I am appalled by that correspondence, the lack of engagement with CRC and the lack of effort from 2009 onwards to bring closure to a serious problem.
