He is a very experienced hand, if I could use that phrase, and a former chairman of the State board CERT. One would imagine that he understood corporate governance very well. He must concede that there is a serious corporate governance issue when making a request is basically talking to oneself. I do not mean him personally, but the directors of the board of the CRC asked the directors of the Friends and Supporters of the Central Remedial Clinic, who happened in some instances to be the same people, to ask for a transfer of money. That is not good corporate governance.
