These decisions are not made for us. We discuss what decisions we should make which we consider are in the interests of the company, that is, the CRC. We discussed the question of the contracts of employment which members of senior management had with the company. We are contractually bound by these. The issue with regard to the contract with the HSE raises other issues for us which I will not go into now. There is an element of whether they are ultra vires of our powers. There is a lot here.
