As I mentioned, I came to the board more recently. In the mid-2000s, Mr. Kiely's salary was what it effectively is today. There was no issue in that respect. We lived in different times. The one matter that struck me as a board member who met and dealt with Mr. Kiely was his level of expertise, commitment and work. He was a magnificent chief executive officer of the company. That is probably why it did not occur to us to say-----
