Before we commence, I have been informed by the broadcasting service that members' mobile telephones are interfering with the recording equipment. I do not have my telephone with me today, so I cannot be blamed on this occasion. I ask members to make sure their devices are turned off. Where proceedings are required to be translated, it is particularly important that the quality of the recording is good.
