Yes, and it increases. At present, it is not increasing because we are not increasing our staff. It probably would be reducing somewhat. However, I tried to stop it at the time that the number of staff was increasing. It was just daft that every employee coming into the clinic was costing me an extra 10% to 12% on top of their salary.
