That is a very important point but it is an important message to send out because sometimes there is a sense that because of these fiscal rules we face endless austerity. While as the Deputy rightly underlined that there is no guarantee in that regard because it depends on growth, under the central growth forecasts we should be through the worst of it after 2015.
