I join the Minister in expressing appreciation to the members of the select sub-committee, not least the Opposition members who have made very constructive and thoughtful contributions. It is important to have as much input as possible during the debate. I thank the Minister and his officials for their flexibility and acknowledge that the Bill has been dealt with in a constructive manner.
