I am sorry but I must intervene now. I ask Deputy Boyd Barrett to cite the section of the amendment to which he is speaking. We can have a conversation on the report of the committee, a conversation about the NUJ and so forth and we can have further arguments on this issue but I am going to be strict about the rules from now on. I am now asking Members to refer specifically to the part of the amendment to which they are speaking. Members have been indulged quite a bit on this issue. We have dealt with it under amendment No. 33 and we are discussing it again in reference to amendment No. 53. I am hearing the same arguments in the debate on amendment No.53 as I heard during the debate on amendment No.33. I am trying to be fair and will point out again that both amendments have been withdrawn. We will not be voting on either amendment today.
