I move amendment No. 116:

In page 785, lines 19 and 20, to delete “Article 1(13) of Directive 93/22/EEC” and substitute the following:“point 14 of Article 4(1) of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 on markets in financial instruments”.
