I believe we are dealing with that under the Finance Bill. During his Budget Statement, the Minister for Finance mentioned shelf companies that are using Ireland as a means of not paying tax - not all here but also elsewhere. I believe this is addressed under the Finance Bill to be discussed in the Dáil this week.
