I would also argue that employment law is a different area. Employment law does not have the capacity to cover all situations where employees' interests are not being catered for by the company in a fair manner. Including this amendment, which puts an obligation on companies to behave with a greater sense of responsibility to their employees, might be different. It not be the way things happen in most of the developed world. That is because of the privileges given to companies. While I understand that we would not have them if they did not have certain privileges, I believe that the protection of employees' interests in certain situations should be strengthened. For example, employment law is not much good to one when companies are going out of business. This amendment would give greater protection to employees.
