I move amendment No. 46:

In page 225, lines 12 and 13, to delete “is able to pay or discharge its debts and other liabilities in full; and” and substitute the following:", after the restricted activity has taken place, will be able to pay or discharge its debts and other liabilities in full as they fall due during the period of 12 months after the date of that event; and".
