The amendment refers to providing for the transfer of the functions of the National Educational Welfare Board but that has not been our understanding heretofore. The Minister will provide Deputy Troy and myself with a full briefing note in respect of the Family Support Agency and the deletion of that from the section with the proposed transfer of functions. That is what we have agreed.
