I move amendment No. 23:
In page 13, subsection (4), lines 38 and 39, to delete “or the Adoption Act 2010” and substitute the following:
“, the Education (Welfare) Act 2000, the Adoption Act 2010 or section 8(1)(c) or 8(3)”.
