I will return to Mr. Pennington and Ms Jones. In terms of levelling the playing field, one of the aspects we have been looking at is the notion that the big multiples, which have massive floor space and everything that comes with that, should be subject to a higher excise rate than the smaller operator. It would be done on the basis of space. The aim would be to level the commercial playing field, but there would also be a public health focus. Is that something the delegates would consider? What suggestions would they make in terms of taxation treatment?
