The Deputy is absolutely correct. Let us take a specific product and do the exercise. It is a fixed-duty rate irrespective of the price of the bottle of wine. If I take an average price point in the market, in 2013 it is approximately €7.50 for a take-home-outlet bottle of wine. Even if I talk about a bottle costing €11 - one of mine, which I know intimately - 15% of the price of that product goes towards what we put in the bottle. The other 85% goes on taxes, freight, distribution and profit margins for others.
