Thank you, Deputy. Before calling Deputy Robert Troy, I remind all members that we are dealing with Committee Stage of the Child and Family Agency Bill. We will deal with the Bill amendment by amendment and not with generalities. We are here to deal with specific amendments to the Bill and I hope we can stick to them.
