How will the European Public Prosecutor Office, EPPO, function in each member state? Will files be referred to it from Europol, from the Garda Síochána or the PSNI? Who takes the prosecution in the individual jurisdiction? Will it be handed to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in the relevant jurisdiction? Could Mr. Munro tell us how it in envisaged such an office would function in practical terms?
